MEET TODD LOWERY
State Business Services Manager
Todd Lowery is a Senior Public Service Administrator for the Illinois Department of Employment Security (IDES). He has been delivering employment services for twenty-five years & currently serves as State Business Services Manager for IDES’ Employer and Veteran Outreach Team.
In addition to coordinating with state agency partners in the Illinois workforce system to assist employers with their hiring and recruitment needs, his team members assist veterans in finding meaningful employment. His team also conducts a range of outreach activities to businesses and community groups, introducing workforce services and HR solutions that reduce the cost of doing business and improve hiring and retainment outcomes. Todd also oversees the outreach mission to educate Illinois businesses on the WorkShare IL program.
